The Porterhouse was disappointing but everything was good; skirt steak is hard to do properly and they have my vote
Perfect for special occasions; go for the prix fixe or chef's tasting menu. The appetizer sampler is enough for dinner if you're not very hungry, and save room for dessert (think soufflé).
Family-owned vineyard, much more personal attention than at other vineyards, and you get a tour of the operations; Cyrus might even make pizza for you in the wood-burning oven
Huge breakfast portions; casual and relaxing; check out the daily lunch specials
Very authentic Shanghainese dishes; service is a bit spotty but not unpleasant
Wine tasting room, much more relaxing than having a drink at one of the many restaurants at Fisherman's Wharf
It was fun to walk around and sample food from different vendors (and for very little money!)
Great for drinks before and after dinner; creative concoctions; feel free to take with if staying in the hotel
