The chocolate in the mocha is rich and not too sweet. And the matcha latte is one of the best in town. But yes, this place is expensive AF.
Grab a latte (LA's finest) for 5 bucks and a seat to get some work done (u may need to brin headphones as it does get noisy at times). Park in the back for free and use the back door entrance.

LOVE Intelligentsia Coffee. Always a fantastic choice when looking for a high quality coffee drink. Their cappuccinos are hard to beat.

It gets no better than this. From the playful architecture and design, to the sharply tailored and supremely knowledgeable baristas down to the very last drop of Black Cat - Intelli is a must do in LA
The year-round Black cat espresso, despite the revolving door of seasonal coffees, will always do you good. Before 10a, the soundtrack skews Motown & soul.
nice baristas! all their espresso drinks are excellent. It gets crowded at times.

I leave a second tip: it is definitely one of the best coffee I had. They make a great coffee every time.
- I think this is the place where you'll find more Apple products and bearded hipsters than in any other places in Venice. Cool place if you are OK with it. Music too loud though.

Best coffee I've had in LA, hands down. Yeah, it's pricey, but the atmosphere is cool and unique and the baristas are awesome.
