Similar to Blue Bottle but with more choice in (cold pressed) juices and more space to sit/work. You may want to out-"intelligentsia" them though and avoid the $12 price tag on their juices!
This well-known coffee shop has become synonymous with high-quality coffee and carefully crafted beverages, and it remains the most reliable spot for a good, more often great, cup of coffee. Mehr erfahren
excellent ambient!!! the concept of this coffee shop is different than our coffee shops in Europe. They are very much into the quality of the coffee they offer, and the service is equally good
It strikes me how little has happened in the world of artisanal coffee over the last ten years This this place is still the (well deserved) gold standard, with some of the best pour overs known to man
This is by far the best coffee and atmosphere in LA. The baristas never rush, are clean and know exactly what they are doing. Perfect coffee every time.
I am a fan of cutecoffee shops, and this is definitely one of them! This place has a lot of big windows with natural lighting. There are several tables, which makes it great for those who need to study.
This is amazing! I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is the best place to study or chill with friends. Internet connection is very fast and is unlimited as well.
Yesterday, my sister and I went to this coffee shop to catch up sometime, and we just love the taste of their coffee. It was freshly brewed. We also love how the barista made our coffee.
I came to this coffee shop to do some work online and found it to be a great environment with a good strong wifi connection. I really enjoyed during my stay there because I was so productive.
You know night clubs? This is a day club. Coffee is dependable as always. Architecture is crazy but may be too wild for work sometimes. Other times, no prob.
This place is like the "mecca" for coffee shops... Their coffee making process comes to another level, very professional and clean! Intelligentsia is a must in LA.
Grab a latte (LA's finest) for 5 bucks and a seat to get some work done (u may need to brin headphones as it does get noisy at times). Park in the back for free and use the back door entrance.
Deadly serious about perfect craft coffee, tea, and espresso. While the attitude may intimidate, it's worth hacking through the pretension, bc you'll realize they earned it.
Best coffee in LA. For NYers who know 9th street espresso level of coffee will be very pleased. Venice location is predictably cool. Staffdressed like Rosie the riveter and know how to make coffee.
Interesting set up for a cafe. When it opened, it was revolutionary. Solid espresso drinks, but their roast has been getting lighter in the last couple years (meaning a more sour cup).
It gets no better than this. From the playful architecture and design, to the sharply tailored and supremely knowledgeable baristas down to the very last drop of Black Cat - Intelli is a must do in LA
The year-round Black cat espresso, despite the revolving door of seasonal coffees, will always do you good. Before 10a, the soundtrack skews Motown & soul.
L.A.'s most buzz-worthy java joint crafts espresso, cappuccino and macchiato for the hipster set. Coffee connoisseurs will geek out over the store's custom-made machinery and well-versed baristas.
I think this is the place where you'll find more Apple products and bearded hipsters than in any other places in Venice. Cool place if you are OK with it. Music too loud though.
Parking sucks here! You might have to huff it a few blocks but, it's def worth your time! Maybe, grab a bite to eat @ Gjelina, Casa Linda or Hal's first. Then, come chill on a brew & WiFi
Lines can be long, so make sure you bring a friend, a friendly smartphone, or turn around and start a conversation. I'll give you a topic to discuss: coffee.
Best coffee I've had in LA, hands down. Yeah, it's pricey, but the atmosphere is cool and unique and the baristas are awesome. And they use Strauss milk!!
