    Really well seasoned, imaginative, well presented and portioned food. Excellent service. Just a great bigger night out type spot. Biggest night with tasting I assume but we were just not that hungry

    Second time her and an absolute pleasure each time. Menu is continually changing, go with the 5 course you will not be disappointed. You can choose from the sea, field and beef

    Inventive food that works paired with great service. Excellent crisp pork belly, swordfish belly, beef with tomatillo jam. Very accommodating of my son's dairy and fish allergy.

    Chef Rob Evans is so talented. Nominated as the Best Chef in the Northeast by the James Beard Foundation in 2007 & 2009 - he never went to cooking school! Try the bar menu for something unique & tasty

    Hugo's opened in 1999 and put Portland on the map for food lovers. Don't skip the "blind tasting menu," and don't even think of leaving without trying a Peanut Butter Cup cake.

    Have the salmon. Not for the salmon but for the fennel salad with preserved lemons and olives. Goddaaaaaaam so good.
