This is the best hotel I've ever been. Clean, comfortable, awesome design and personnel is very friendly and helpful. We felt really zen in this place. :) I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Impeccable service. Staff heard it was my wife's birthday & sent up strawberries, champagne & a card signed by the whole staff. Jess & Sammy are great. Stay here!

Opened in 2002, smack-dab in the middle of downtown Boston. It combines luxury amenities, like personal shoppers by request, with a sort of buzzy contemporariness that the city needs more of. Mehr erfahren

The staff here was so great. Nymeria was afraid on the elevator at first and they were very patient. She got snacks whenever she went to the lobby. Close to the Common and great rooms. Will return

Great location near Boston Common, Old City Hall and good eats. Try Highball Lounge for a drink and don't forget the free wine happy hour at 5p.

Best. Pillows. Ever. Try To request a room in the corner (eg 1704, 1604) to get wraparound windows and views of the State House, Capitol Building, and Common.

The rooms are wonderfully comfortable. It's become my ONLY hotel in Boston for working. The glass of wine when I arrive after a long day is much welcomed!

There was a slight problem upon check in with room and without even having to complain they upgraded us to two connecting rooms, the second free of charge, instead of one. Awesome hotel.

Such a gorgeous hotel. Beautiful deco, very stylish. Wine hour at 5pm in the lounge is great.

The customer service at this hotel is impeccable. They spoil me every time I stay here with cookies, wine and handwritten notes.

Great location right next to Boston Commons. Rooms are on the dark side, and the beds are comfortable.

Used to love this place and stayed several times a year. After the renovation, it has become quite dark and edgy. May try it again, but not sure.

sadly, my loyalty as a Kimpton customer whenever i travel to the USA was rewarded with this view. must be worst views in Boston- maybe i will check out
