Go on Sunday and have either, the roast sirloin or roast pork! Served with gravy, roast vegetables and potato, it's excellent! Ensure you start your seating with a scotch egg or chicken liver parfait!

15th century pub with atmospheric wood panelling and open fire. Excellent food by chef Heston Blumenthal.

The best chips I ever had. This gastropub by Heston Blumenthal is serving perfected English dishes in a real pub atmosphere by a great staff. Highly recommended!

Snails great. Other highlights were the triple cooked chips. Proof that food can be high quality and at a decent price. Friendly and well trained staff. Loved it.

Had the duck breast - worth the wait and the quaking pudding was perhaps one of the best puddings I've tasted.... and I've had a few in my time.

Scotch egg is yummy! Beet root with Goats cheese curd was brilliant. Bloody Mary was a disappointment.
