Just stopped in for lunch. Love this place. The regular dogs are great as well as the sausages. Looking forward to trying the lobster roll next! Great service!

I had the house dog which was in a bun that was buttered and toasted. It makes me wanna try another dog. I didn't expect that many fries. I think they were fried twice which made them really crispy

The place is different but cute. You can’t tell from the outside that this is a hot dog joint. The presentation is very good and fresh. Something for everyone on the menu. Worth checking out.

Uncommon but tasty variety of hot dog toppings. Good value, no wonder the restaurant keeps being mentioned in the Washingtonian Cheap Eats issue year after year.

French fries were awesome. Fries still had their skins and we're just the right amount of salt and crispness. I had the 1/2 Smoke with mustard, chili and onions.

Try the LA dog! It's delicious! We also had the nachos, fried pickles, the steakhouse dog, and the Eskimo dog! Everything was GREAT!!!

Skip the mac and cheese, go for the fries. Haven't tried the dogs but the sausages are pretty good. Toasted buns are on point. They have gluten-free buns, too!

Even blue collar folks know the uptown dog is awesome but don't overthink the sides. Add an order of fries with shiracha mayo & you'll be in heaven.

Had a bite of the Bahn Mi Haute Dog. Amazing! Will be back when I return to Old Town Alexandria someday.

Stick w/ the hot dogs…they're good. Sriracha mayo & Curry ketchup are tasty on fries & tots. Lobster roll & coleslaw are underwhelming.

Got a to-go order and they screwed it up. I called the main number to complain, it went to VM and no one bothered to call me back. They can take your money just fine but can't fill a simple order.

Sorry folks, not good. Got the LA dog. Ehh. Menu is kinda weird. Lamb sliders are all mint jelly. Fries are good. Save your cash and go to DC-3
