You need to provide the welcome desk a token in order to obtain a towel. You can get a token for free from said desk; keep it w/ you for subsequent visits and towel needs.
It's best for everyone if between 4:30 and 6:00 you not use my treadmill :)
There's a map inside the lobby that has some great running paths marked out by distance
Awesome facilities, great staff, and the towel service is a nice touch.- Their personal training rocks!!! Reasonably priced and effective!
