Gila River Arena is home to the NHL's Arizona Coyotes. Since opening, the arena has established itself as a premiere sports and entertainment venues.
The main entrance (Gate 4) is located on the North side of the arena facing Westgate. The arena is surrounded by restaurants and bars to accommodate any type of fan, from sushi to BBQ to an Irish pub.
I like this building. It's one of the better NHL arena's that I have been to in my opinion. I like to show up to the games when there is an option for "all you can eat seats." They're $30 seats.
Treatment of a disabled individual, with an inability to walk a flight of stairs, is HORRIBLE! You BETTER be missing a leg, or they'll make you walk the stairs to your seat or give you a hard time!
During the post-season the Coyotes deck out the entire arena in white for their games, calling it a WhiteOut. Fans are encouraged to wear white as well!
Completed in 2003, the arena is home to the Phoenix Coyotes of the NHL. Since 2005 the arena has been host to "February Frenzy", a state high school mega event featuring different high school sports.
Saw Star War in Concert here and it sounded great. The acoustics were great, the view was decent, and it was easy to navigate and get around. The promenade attached is cool, but over priced.
There's not a bad seat in this arena. Every time I go, there's lots of parking, great food close by, and I never feel like I got jipped out of a good view. Awesome arena
In addition to Coyotes hockey, this place hosts the Arizona state high school basketball, volleyball, wrestling and cheerleading tournaments in a mega-event called "February Frenzy." It's awesome.
One of my favorite places in the NHL to watch a hockey game. Great sight lines. Never had a bad seat in any part of the arena.
Very nice arena. I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff & fans I interacted with were very friendly. One thing though, Coyotes don't howl.
If your on tour, the NRG stage crew is amazing! And the Kyle, Event coordinator is one of the best in the country! Great job!
Park in the University of Phoenix Stadium parking lot for hockey games. Only $10 and is right by an entrance to the arena.
Great place to watch my Detroit Red Wings kick some Yotes ass! What a sad fan base when the visiting crowd is louder than the home crowd during the playoffs. GO WINGS!!!!
This was one of the nicest arenas. We had club level seats and the buffet was a great option.
Have you seen the stunt Rob Dyrdek pulled off when he kick-flipped the Chevy Sonic? Well guess what… it's here! Jump in, take a pic and tweet it out with #ChevySLS!
I saw the Coyotes take on the Penguins on 11-05-2010, awesome game. It's a really good hockey stadium compared to many other stadiums.
My favorite stadium in Arizona because my favorite team plays there. Go Coyotes! Best game to watch in town and cheapest ticket.
Overpriced food make sure to go to Johnny rockets after the games since a bottled water is like $3 and nachos are $8 or $9
Great place to see hockey. Can't believe the Town of Glendale chased away the hockey team!! Good luck filling Westgate regularly without hockey there.
Nice arena. Lots of food and beverage choices. Cup holder seats are always a plus.
Best entertainment in town... Or you could watch the suns..... Bahahahahaha!!!! I'm sorry I couldn't say it with a straight face

Hockey Night starts on the 16th! Steer kids from dipping dots to the soft serve froyo. Don't waste your life drinking bad beer.
If you go to a Coyotes game, bring a jacket. Drinks are somewhat reasonable.
Go Yotes! Just watch out for this pudgy security guard, he's trouble.
Arrive early, park at Westgate City Center, enjoy some beverages & eats, then just saunter in and enjoy!
Fanatic Fact: Hockey Hall of Famer Mike Gartner, not only scored the first goal in Coyotes' history, he scored a hat trick in their first game.
Check out the patio on the 2nd floor before, during, and after coyote games.
A team must win 16 games to win the Stanley Cup in 4 rounds of the playoffs - Conference Quarterfinals, Conference Semifinals, Conference Finals, Stanley Cup Finals
Why is it so hard to find decent beer on tap at Jobing? Shocktop around Sec 215 is the best I can find.
Closest I've ever sat during a game. Really excited. :D
At least you can eat peanuts and don't get yelled at for the shells. Yay ╭（′▽‵）╭（′▽‵）╭（′▽‵）╯ GO!
Cheap ticket, not really a bad seat in the place
Don't EVER do the Valet (express or regular) at a concert, complete waste of money and time. RIDICULOUS!
Awesome facilities. Great place to cool off from the sun.
Bud Light Chill Night is awesome with a free beer and free T-shirt!
Go early, soend time with friends and relax.
Premium beers are the same price as domestics.
