Buy the sardines, bream, and moray eel (but only if you have more than one person eating).
Check out the market, which is only open on Saturdays. Skip the food, pick up a jellaba or heik.

Arrive early for the flamenco show to get a good seat and get a drink at the bar. It's one of the best shows around.
