Hipster-ish designed cafè in the eastern heartland. Tried the non-charcoal brown butter waffles with a scoop of smoked chocolate ice cream. Verdict: not the best I've tried but reasonably priced.

Signature charcoal waffle tastes interesting, definitely a must try. Their earl grey lavender ice cream is thick and smooth, a little heavy but pretty nice

the dark caramel sauce with lavender buds that came with the waffle! Very good combination. Watermelon soju sorbet is also high recommended.

The Charcoal Waffles with Salted Egg sauce. Earl Grey and Lavender was refreshing! Sea Salt Matcha w/ red bean and Pistachios yumz yumz

Charcoal waffles! They have alcoholic butter beer ice cream, and quite a good matcha sea salt.

Smoked chocolate ice cream is quite unique. U can really taste the smokiness !

Salted egg yolk sauce makes the waffle a little too rich. The waffle itself is very light and fluffy. The ice cream appears to be quite low in fat content.
