Kazy • November 3, 2022清湯そば 950円。中細ストレート麺160g。チャーシュー2枚、メンマ、海苔2枚、なると、ネギ、三つ葉。柚子皮がほのかに香る。煮干しベースの魚介系スープ。優しい味だが、物足りなさはまったくない。奇をてらうことなく、高いレベルでバランスが取れている。とても洗練された昔ながらの中華そばという感じで、万人に受け入れられる一杯。

tu_ka • Mai 6, 2016簡単に表現するなら、シンプルだけど凝ったラーメンを出す店。通常のラーメンの傍ら、曜日や月ごとに様々な素材のスープで喰わせる限定は非常に興味深く研究熱心なラーメン屋。というよりも料理人と言うべきか。更に店主の人柄もあり、こだわりの一杯が愉しめる。初代店主も言っていたが、スープに相当カネ掛かってるからスープを残すのは許さないというのがスタンス。きれいに飲み干せば感謝のカードが貰えるシステムは今も健在。
