Massara Nati …. • April 26, 2015《蟹肉とトマトの酸っぱ辛い麺》辛さは控えめでトマトの酸味が爽やかです。使われてる白い麺はもちろん米粉麺だけど”フォー”ではなく”ブン(bún)”と言うそうです。ビーフンのことだね(^ー^)ノ…そうめんのように細くて断面が丸い麺です。のんびり食べてると、のびちゃいますよ(^o^)/
