- ThrillistJuni 12, 2013The first floor houses the Taqueria, where sit-down or to-go options include tacos from the standardly mouth-watering (al pastor, carnitas) to the intriguing (beef tongue, grilled nopal cactus). Mehr erfahren
- KendraAugust 4, 2014Good restaurant with good tacos. Inside is a bit smoky because it is an open kitchen. The waitstaff is SUPER attentive. The Chips with the salsa were amazing - home made tortilla chips!
- Jake SmithJuly 30, 2019The tequila selection is vast, the food is tasty, and the second dance floor is THE place to be on a Friday night.
- Rorie BurtonDezember 6, 2013Love this place!! Food is delicious and great atmosphere. I had the chicken enchiladas with seasoned black beans and rice. Best Mexican food i have had in a long time.
- Morgan ThomasNovember 11, 2014This place is always a party. It turns into a club on Friday nights, come early to have tacos and margaritas to avoid the line. Bottomless brunch is legit.
- Great spot, dance floors, good food, good drinks, and great looking girls..at least the nights I have been there. Brunch is really good, and great tequila.
- Watch out if you start eating at 10 or any later: the entire place turns into a fairly wild dance club at 11. And you will awkwardly be sitting eating in the middle of it.
- AskMenMai 5, 2011Offering three floors of unsettling Aztec masks, two bars, an in-house taqueria and one of the best tequila selections in town, El Centro DF operates on the scale of the capital itself Mehr erfahren

- Brent GatewoodJuly 22, 2017Will be back! First REAL Mexican hot dog since Tucson. Sat at bar by kitchen, hot but worth it.
- Mimi NguyenDezember 31, 2016Lots of margarita options and tacos! Good food and fun dance floor (wed-sun). Churros are also pretty good.

- Christopher FlossJuni 15, 2015Has to be D.C.'s best Mexican restaurant. The guacamole is a great appetizer. The chicken fajitas are outstanding!
- Almost consider this an old standby on 14th now. Never had a bad time. Get a mojito, some chips, and churros if anyone asks.
- Anna JohnSeptember 26, 2011Cheese enchiladas make me quiver with joy. Born and raised in CA, lived in Dallas, Tx, bemoaned lack of enchiladas for 12 years...and now they're here. FLAWLESS. Even three days later, nuked.
- Amy CummingsAugust 14, 2017$35 bottomless brunch. All you can drink AND all you can eat. Also, get the El Centro dog.

- brunch dessert: mexican french toast TO DIE FOR. you will not regret it. $2 dollar taco tuesday: carnitas and nopal tacos.
- Laura G AdamsSeptember 25, 2011The food is definitely unique, but their unlimited food and drink brunch on Sundays is good. You can literally just keep ordering and they bring it right away.

- Nik NadolskiAugust 12, 2014Such good lunch specials... Just be sure to decide before you eat too many chips.
- Brendan BJuly 6, 2015Decent tacos & nice rooftop bar. Brunch is ok and only worth it if you go w the $35 unlimited option. Otherwise the a la carte items are very small and overpriced.
- Check this place out on taco Tuesdays to take advantage of $2.00 chef special tacos
- The food was great but the waitress I had was extremely inattentive and when she was there, she acted inconvenienced by us being seated in her section.
- Make sure you ask for Sammy, the bartender. He's usually there every day except Wed. He's knows his tequila!
- Bulls EyeJuni 6, 2011New *taqueria-tequileria* just north of U Street. Happy Hour from 5-7 features $4 beers and sangrias and $5 margaritas and mojitos...AND they have a roof!
- Nick RiversNovember 29, 2012The tequileria is in the basement. Ask for seating there. The ambience is totally different.
- Washington Business JournalApril 11, 2011WBJ's Top Shelf says: "Hoping to be open by Cinco de Mayo, El Centro D.F. will serve authentic mexican food and even include a rooftop bar!" (WBJ 4/8/11)
