- Alain BDezember 14, 2014Nice refurbished and enhanced airport. Changed a lot in a positive way these past ten years.
- Really fast airport, free WiFi i really like it.
- At 4am, most of the bar and restaurants are closed. Starbucks is not ! Enjoy your coffee !
- Moko DMärz 23, 2014Avoid 'The Flaming Stone bistro & bar' at all costs. They can't even get fish and chips right, bones galore and don't get me started on the stuffed mushroom.. Go anywhere but here. You've been warned.
- One of the best airports in Europe for free wifi! Thank you Eircom
- Ivan Nuñez-PachecoAugust 25, 2013Biggest selling point - very nice staff and free wifi. But not a lot of options for food
- Züleyha AApril 1, 2018Irlandalıların "simple life" anlayışını havalimanına geldiğinizde hissediyorsunuz. Uçaktan indik, bizim apartmana girdik gibi 😂😂
- Pretty efficient check-in and security screening at Terminal 1 today. Staff helpful and pleasant.
- SAM! FarrellJuly 3, 2013Allow plenty of extra time when traveling on aer lingus! Long queue lines for baggage drop off, check in and then security. You need at least 1.5 hrs once at airport!
- Need a real pub close by? Kealy’s is practically across the street. The Guinness is outstanding.
- If you have global entry avoid for flights back to US. Pre clearance means security and customs twice lines and lines.
- Kendal CockrelAugust 17, 2018Nice airport but if coming back to the US, you’ll have to wait in line for security twice.
- It's a rather big airport and has decent cafes and stores. However still leaves absolutely no impression or memories.
- 6.95 for Scrambled Egg and mushrooms in Slaney Bar good airport value. They should have kept it simpler though - trying to be too fancy.
- Mo SJuni 10, 2014US citizens clear CBP here. Go thru security (sans liquids), pick up your dufree, etc. Then go to customs security line (don't panic, spirits ok!), then proceed to the lines. GLOBAL ENTRY on the left.
- Martyn MorganJanuar 24, 2019Don’t go through into the US Pre-immigration area until you really have to; there’s nothing in here! No proper shops, duty free and no DragonPass lounge. Once you’re in, it’s like you’re in the US.
- Karina NAugust 17, 2016Most USB plugs that are designated for phone charging doesn't work. Try the Surfbox with signage "internet access". Free charging
- Leonard L.September 16, 2022Arrive early, very early. Don’t trust the time estimate of their website for security control.
- Mark WilkinsonApril 15, 2013Several flights to the US through Terminal 2 go through US Customs Pre-Clearance here. But it's AFTER the airline lounges and most of the shopping and restaurants.
- Marquette deli salads! Delicious and nutritious.
- 2.5 hours early is about the tightest if traveling to the USA 🇺🇸
- Ali CotterNovember 21, 2014The Aircoach is the best way into the city, leaves right outside arrivals hall regularly
- Syed KhairiSeptember 18, 2013The multi-faith prayer room is before the security screening area in departure hall.
- If you're not in a rush, take the bus 41 to the city centre, it will cost you less than 3 euro!
- Heading for US? Prepare for 2 separate security checks, customs and a separate "precleared" area after that.
- Graham MacpheeAugust 19, 2014A hilarious Irish man doing security screening cheered up the boring ordeal for me. Great staff.
- Peter SweeneyJanuar 21, 2011Harvest market charged me a cool €11.95 for the luxury of two sausages, two white and black puddings and a rasher.. and a cup of tea. Saucy.. avoid the rip off!
- Дина ЛукмановаJuly 31, 2016By all means AVOID renting with SIXT. The rudest service I've even seen. We had to spent two hrs in their renting office and every 8 of 10 clients were super frustrated and were made to pay more money
- AlexMai 28, 2022Very long queues on Security check at Terminal 2, up to 1 hour and moreof waiting. Arrive not less 3 hours before your flight departure. Shame for European country's main airport 😕
- Waiting for your flight in T1, avoid the Starbucks and go to the pub upstairs. Much less crowdy and more comfortable.
- Lucie KleckovaAugust 11, 2014Keep your umbrella handy. Very likely it's raining out there. It's not? It will be in 5 minutes. Welcome to Ireland.
- Conall GribbenJuly 22, 2012Plugs available on first floor near check in desks, next to Currency Exchange and toilets
