Sky high dining usually means subpar food. Not here. Been coming here since Andre Chiang's era and it's still extremely good. Worthy of 2 Michy stars.

Jowett's a phenomenal chef and his food here is proof. Wagyu short ribs: BEST DISH OF 2014. Hands down.
