- Best Ramen place I've been in Austin, so good! Go for the miso ramen and don't forget the croquettes. Wow! Excellent service and atmosphere. Btw, is a really small space so be patient. It's worthy.
- Winson WongMärz 13, 2015Solid ramen, a little on the lighter side cos of the chicken based broth. Noodles were chewy and well cooked. Eggs were also very tender. Service is friendly. Overall it's good.
- Austin ChronicleSeptember 4, 2013This downtown cozy-but-modern ramen shop offers a tasty twist on an old favorite. We crave the delicious chicken broth with chijire-style noodles and the belly-warming croquettes drizzled with katsu. Mehr erfahren
- RaniaJanuar 26, 2020One of the top ramens we’ve had. It’s a no frills sort of place, small & friendly staff. Can get busy on weekends. Get the Asahi draft or sake and their Shoyu or their latest ramen special. So so good
- Spicy Miso is Just killer. I couldn't stop until Im beyond full. Want try rest menu;keep get same thing. Had ramen in Japan 09 hadn't come across anything close, Daruma might have very well topped it
- Angela EsparzaAugust 13, 2017Miso soup was sooo good!! Added some chili paste to turn it up a notch- didn't disappoint! Loved the atmosphere as well! Definitely will come back!
- Ming KoslowskyOktober 5, 2013Love, love, love the shoyu ramen. I ordered mine with extra tori chashu. Normally not a fan of chicken base broth but this one was so amazing!!
- Terence ChanNovember 14, 2015Tiny place. Got the spicy miso with extra noodle. Pretty tasty. Broth is light. Wasn't that spicy. Interesting use of chicken instead of pork belly. 4/5
- India ChristineAugust 20, 2014The broths are chicken based here but still flavorful. The miso ramen was a little more flavorful than the shoyu ramen but both were delicious. Sister restaurant to Komé.
- Traci LevyFebruar 20, 2014Lovely atmosphere. High quality loose leaf Green tea served in teapot with infuser. Delicious customizable ramen, nice appetizer choices. Yummy!
- PedroOktober 16, 2015Love the ramen here - one of my top 3 I've had (Austin, Houston, LA, Madrid). Their tomatillo special was amazing! Wish it was here always.
- Moreso than other downtown lunch spots, this is attracting nearly exclusively the tech industry crowd. Close seating quarters could very well lead to some interesting networking
- Frank RodriguezNovember 18, 2015Best Ramen i had so far aside Tatsuya. If you want Ramen with chicken. This is the place to go!
- Jessica FradonoApril 4, 2013Miso ramen was delicious Mix it up before eating. The broth gets better as you mix it up!
- John HumeJuni 24, 2018I had the special: a tomatillo ramen. Delicious! Completely Mexican flavor profile.
- The Spicy Miso Ramen is awesome. A little heat, definitely not intense. Try the croquettes!
- NikitaMai 31, 2013The shoyu ramen is my fave. I only was there was shrimp instead of chicken. That would make it absolutely perfect!
- Jack HoltDezember 21, 2014Definitely lighter broth than tatsuya, which offers a more complex and richer ramen.
- Bryan WalkerApril 25, 2013Delicious ramen and super friendly folks. The wasabi soft serve was crazy good.
- Meagan ♑April 19, 2016a disappointment. Light broth, salty. "Chicken" chasu. And the recommended special my bf got was essentially chicken caldo w some fish stock tossed in. Tried a lot of ramen. this was the worst.
- good ramen, small restaurant. they even have a veggie option!
- Healthy ramen! So good, very small location
- Junji HayashiFebruar 2, 2016Other than onigiri, they are good‼︎ (Rice-ball, onigiri, was cooked bad)
- KenDezember 30, 2013Kome's sister restaurant.. Similar ramen ingredients - e.g. same store-bought noodles.
- The spicy miso ramen Is to die for!
- Kelvin ChanJuni 4, 2013Disappointing place. Not authentic. It's definitely healthy like a lot of people claimed. (Read: very bland). Here's their recipe for I to try, boil water, add salt, put top ramen and cook for 3 min.
- Call ahead. Twice I've paid for street parking only to be turned away because they were sold out hours before closing.
- Brian SpearsJuni 11, 2013They close between lunch and dinner. This sucks if you're trying to eat between lunch and dinner.
- Jeff SmithSeptember 7, 2013Good but didn't "wow" me. The service is good but there's better ramen places in the ATX.
