Stayed here 6 months already (business trip), suite room on top-most floor. staff are so friendly and kind, especially Heather from frontdesk, Walter from shuttle service and Chris from engineer dept.

Best food in Waterbury at Diorio on Bank st...back entrance through the lobby. Or walk up the alley between parking garage and hotel.

The morning Bistro staff are the nicest people on the planet.
Front desk so helpful. I just watched the staff go outside to give directions to an elderly guest .
Natalia PliczkaJuni 7, 2013The wireless has sucked for me. Make sure to request a room with an Ethernet connection just in case (there are only 40 of them). Also, no refrigerators/microwaves.- They need to improve room service. I stayed in a suite room on top-most floor for 6 months, cobwebs everywhere, they seldom wash the dishes too. :(
