If you're mayor you can get a free drink! Because the mayor works here. He could probably get free drinks whenever he wanted, but it's nice Cobalt is being fiscally sensible.
Andrew DollSeptember 20, 2015This place is bullshit. Tabs are collected PER BARTENDER on a sheet like it was 1992. Couldn't close out with any bartender, only the one I opened with. Pretty sure my tab had drinks I didn't order- Go for the drinks, but on Sunday or Wednesday night stay for the karaoke. One of the best books in the city. :-)

Happy hour is amazing, $15 for all you can drink. Elliott is the best bar-tender.
