This is where you go for caribbean food in this town. Period. Small menu and it's all absolutely delicious. The boneless chicken, the half a chicken, the salmon, the bacon, the pork. Everything.

The seattle gym with everything you need at a affordable price. Giant space with three levels so it's perfect midday when it's almost empty but you can get in an awesome workout at any time. 13/10.

Wings are super breaded and crunchy which isn't my style but they're very popular. But they have zero heat and their hottest hot sauce is child's play. Literally children can handle it no prob. Meh.
Chicken pesto was excellent. Baguette was nice and soft. Just wish it had more pesto! I'll be back soon.
