Sergio's is a very good restaurant on lower level, but the Capital Bleu which is actual hotel restaurant has agonizingly slow service.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order delivery here. We waited over an hour and a half, and ended up having to go and pick it up. They didn't even offer us something for being so sketchy.
I like the breakfast burritos served until 11 M-F and noon weekends (and they're cheap at less than $3). They also have student night every Tuesday from 12-8 with 50% off & free drinks for students.

The generous - and very good - lunch special was only $5.95. Extensive vegetarian menu, too. Located in the heart of the fascinating old Greenbelt. I want to do some pedestrian scale exploring there!
