Very tempting to have the foie gras as an entree. But more prudent to have it as a starter -- in an appropriately smaller salad portion -- so there's still ample accommodation for the prime rib.
If you are planning on staying here for the next 5 days with buffet accomodations, make sure to spread your servings. All meat this day, all fish this day, all greens this day, etc. Excellent food! =)
