The pierogies are to die for. (And they got a couple Gossip Girl shout outs over the years). This location's vibe is way more fun than the Bowery one.
Their chicken soup is the greatest thing on the face of the planet. Not even kidding. Also worth trying the chicken pot pie and chocolate blackout cake. Avoid the Times Sq. location knockoff
24 hour classic diner. Great breakfasts served in skillets. Pie is tasty, too.
Great for a pre-theatre meal. HUGE portions, so go with a group and prepare to share.
My favorite Italian in the city. The meat sauce is amazing. Outdoor seating in the summer is lovely, and dog-friendly.
Total dive... but you get so much food SO cheap! The combination platters are a great deal, and love their salsa. Plus, Blair Waldorf had her bachelorette party here :)
Expect lines... if you can bear to eat early, get in line around 10:45am for their 11am opening time :) In the winter, the malted hot chocolate is amazing.
