CompassMai 14, 2014Italian schoolhouse decor and mouthwatering pasta give plenty reason to stay, but those in-the-know call ahead for take-home meatballs and jarred sauces and sides from the mini market up front.
I can't stress this enough but if they are offering the seafood stew for 2 you must get it. It's one of those special dishes that you will remember a place for. 2 thumbs and all that.

The homemade chicken sausage that appears in a few dishes is excellent, as are the sauces. For dessert get one of the Phinzy and Phoebe ice creams - my roommates swear by the Ginger Cookie flavor

The roast sweet potatoes are delicious & the Hayley Bazen Blue is from Jasper Hill in VT. Delish, sizable portion. A neighbor raved about the seafood stew.

Tomato butter/burrata tagliatelle has been off the menu for months and it is devastating.

The Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches like WHOA. highly recommend the potato chip cookie w/candied bacon ice cream.
