- EaterJuly 13, 2016Dana Hollister did a great job revamping this classic Eastside greasy spoon with a slightly more refined menu and a top drawer sweets section (like pies!). Mehr erfahren
- Fantastic breakfast for bacon lovers and vegans alike. If there are just a couple of you, have a seat at the bar and chat with the friendly (but very busy) staff.
- Amanda SawtellNovember 20, 2016The breakfast/brunch menu is great. For those who care, they have lots of veg options/substitutions! Service is a little slow in the am/afternoon. I had the hangover and bf had the eggs benny. Tasty.
- EaterAugust 18, 2016Echo Park’s resident diner is Brite Spot, a corner option right off Sunset Boulevard. Hipsters and old-timers alike stop in today for slices of pie and, lots of late night fare. Mehr erfahren
- Michael KleinFebruar 11, 2013The late hours make this place a go-to for a post-Echoplex rendezvous. Skip the bacon-wrapped hot dog vendors and head straight here. Fried chicken was delicious and true diner ambience was super fun.
- Ashley DandoJanuar 17, 2019Beautiful refurbished interior with turquoise booth seating. The sandwiches are large, it was almost too much for lunch. Food coma
- LAistAugust 1, 2014It's been a neighborhood hangout for almost a century, and now it's a mainstay for the late-night crowd spilling out from The Echo on any given night of the week Mehr erfahren
- Breakfast foods are always a good choice. The Chicken and Waffles are awesome, but for a slightly lighter option, try the Brussels and Bacon Hash.
- LAistAugust 1, 2014We're fans of the chocolate caramel banana cream pie and A Burger For Breakfast, which is inspired by the McDonald's McGriddle Mehr erfahren
- Melissa Richardson Banks aka Downtown MuseOktober 28, 2012Be sure to check out the Autumn Specials! Right now, they're serving an amazing Krunchy Kale Salad. In addition, they've added lots more vegan and vegetarian options since I last visited.
- I have to say that, as a tea drinker, I wholly appreciate the fact that they give you a POT of hot water and not just a cup. As well as a healthy selection of teas to choose from yourself.
- JenniferDezember 2, 2014The pancakes are really good - not too fluffy & delicious with chocolate chips.
- Lorène CosicFebruar 27, 2015The kale salad, all breakfast items as well as their pies... BUT their coffee is always cold and doesn't taste good AND the service is MEDIOCRE!!! Good luck getting a refill...
- Caroll GilliesDezember 1, 2013The Pumpkin spice pancake was delicious, but make sure you have something salty to balance out the sweet. Sooo goood!
- Rocio AlvaradoJuni 17, 2012For southerners looking for a good chicken fried steak this is the ish but its a little on the small side. The chicken tenders are delicious
- Sands TimeMai 3, 2016The home-cooked feeling/food is gone . The kids took over, changed menu, gutted the place. Good bye corned beef hash they were known for. This is for after club was morning. Don't bother to dress.
- OceanMai 11, 2011Ricky is the best server. Ask for her and tell her Jimmy from San Diego sent you. Don't forget to try the vegan chocolate cake and leave a tip.
- Samuel JacksonMai 29, 2015I go for the southern decadence every time, but the kale salad is good if you want to give your arteries a break.
- John CohenMai 16, 2013Excellent Chicken and Waffles. Service was great. This is a good diner. Thanks TMZ for sharing this.
- Death row final meal: the Brite Spot's M&M cookies and veggie club (with soy turkey and soy bacon) so so good!
- Chocolate Carmel Banana Creme Pie. Nuff said.
- Great breakfast and brunch. Nice seating outside and fun inside.
- elsa hendersonSeptember 8, 2011Come here during odd hours for great service, during regular hours to be ignored, at any hour for an amazing milkshake.
- S LJuly 2, 2012This was my favorite restaurant in LA, but after a full hour of waiting for our food without any check-in from our waiter, it's the first restaurant I've ever walked out of.
- Jinnefer DeBejare CabreraAugust 12, 2016Wonderful family owened spot. I used to work their on the 90s for the father. RIP
- The hangover did some wacky things to me afterwards, would recommend the eggs benne more than anything else!
- meleJanuar 11, 2010Best for breakfast or Mexican. I recommend corn beef hash, granola, eggs florentine (v lemony hollandaise), butter lettuce salad, and veggie sausage
- Joseph CAugust 17, 2014"Hipster Friendly"👯. Does Not seem too VERY "Non-Hipster Friendly". Just sayin'... 🙍👎

- Los AngelesJuly 14, 2011Echo Parkers (@echoparknow), keep breakfast local @Brite_Spot where pancakes rock. Sunset & Park - http://ht.ly/5Bx92
- Sam WingMai 13, 2015Fast spot for a weekend breakfast, but the portions are small and the dishes are uninspired.
- Dave ValdezJuni 28, 2011Try the Chipotle Bowtie Pasta - It has the taste of both worlds. Sweet and Spicy. Mmmm mmmm ^_^
- Tristan CannizzaroApril 5, 2010Spicy Cheese Burger and Ooey gooey delight. This place is the my favorite after-rehearsal late night food spot.
- Waffles here are the best. If anyone says different, they don't have taste buds.
- kelsey olsonDezember 12, 2011Ok... For real real. They Spinach, pesto and feta omelette is the best thing I have ever put inside of me.
- Come in for a weekend breakfast. It's relaxed, reliable and the music will be cool. Get one of the messes.
- Any place that has "A Beautiful World" playing can't be all that bad.
- Why do I keep coming back? Oh YA, pie.
