Better than Intelligentsia - which is a difficult feat. Each member of the team really cares about the coffee they serve you. Ask about the alternate espresso/Capuccino. Ours was Sumatra Lintong

It was hot one day and the barista recommended their Iced Lavender latté and it rocked. I love that she suggested something that really matched what I was looking for 👍🏻💯

Bow Truss has excellent espresso. I would recommend a latte for that or wait a few extra minutes for a pour over coffee for the freshest flavor. Really excellent.

I have held Bow Truss in high since they opened. Then I went today and they pulled the longest, thinnest shot I've had in a long time. I passed a lot of OK places for something great. Didn't get it.

Best V60 coffee and espresso in the city. Don't come here expecting frills, they don't have wifi or a bathroom. However, the staff and quality of coffee far outweigh any negatives,

Love that they play records- they have great coffee & espresso- Iced coffee on TAP & Affogato (espresso over ice cream!) but NO RESTROOM :(
