Nice hotel w/views of the Charles river. Connects directly to the prudential mall (PRU) which connects to Hynes convention center - very convenient. a bit pricey and slow elevators but good overallOct 13 positiv bewertet

Skip the Starbucks and head over to Blue Bottle across the skywalk at Copley Place
This is a prime location for many reasons. Copley, Northeastern Univ., MFA, Kenmore, all easy access by walking or the T. Their own parking garage is now self park with in and out privileges.

Mark ForscherDezember 15, 2013Look for the fire exits on your floor. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 4am while we were here and trying to find the stairs at that time of night while you're hungover is not fun.
Great location between two of the best malls Pru & Copley Place, but the rooms could use a little renovation and more cleanliness. Internet connection is annoying too as disconnects each day.

M FJanuar 17, 2014They're working on the slow lifts! Have to pay for wifi but we stayed for 7 nights and they waived the fee. Champions is also good to eat at. This hotel also connects to the Copley Plaza shops.
I feel they didn’t acknowledge my Bonvoy status upon check in and I didn’t get the free bottled water I normally get, despite handing my Bonvoy card over with credit card.

Pros: great location and good gym. Cons: no free wifi and less "luxury" then, say the Intercontinental. But nice beds, location, and gym trump. I'd recommend.
Nice rooms (pillow top & awesome pillows) great checkin but the rest of the staff that handled luggage and especially the people that brought us a crib were sub par. Priceline made it a good deal! :)

This hotel is like a bad beauty queen... nice to lookat but it doesn't make a lot of sense. Slow elevators too.
They really need to gut renovate the entire place. The small updates over the years aren’t keeping up with the aging building.

Mike (That's All You Get)April 1, 2017Got stuck in the elevator for an hour and a half. Terrible experience in brand new state of the art elevators. Manager gave me 40,000 points. There really didn't seem to be any urgency though.
Super soft beds, almost like a hammock. If you're like me and prefer a firm mattress, look elsewhere.
