Bice may not be as much on the hipster radar as 'Neos' or 'Bar44' but when it comes to superb views this quiet, chic lounge on the 10th can definitely compete! Truly ideal for a moment of relaxation

A hidden gem. 10th floor Hilton Jumeirah. Lovely views, attentive staff and smooth atmosphere. Balcony seating is pleasant as well.
