Some of the best BBQ I've ever had and I've had it from all over. Food is excellent, service is quick, staff is super friendly. Totally worth the 4 hour round trip from Fairfax, VA just for lunch!!

BBQ Oasis in the Middle of the Shenandoah Mountains of Virginia. All the meats are good. Light smokey taste. Potato Salad is the Bomb Digity! only draw back. Portions to small for the prices!!

If their service matched their food, it would be a perfect 10! Alas, the girls behind the counter are not exactly pleasant and they don't appear to enjoy working at the awesome BBQ exchange!

Great pulled pork. Very tender. VA Sweet and Colonel Bacon sauces were delicious. Didn't like the collard greens though (not juicy). Cornbread here is sweeter than usual.
