Golden oolong milk tea is delicious (no dairy in it, to be clear). Save your tea bag for a second or third steep.
The gluten free bagels here may be small but I've found none better at any size elsewhere
Grab a breakfast sandwich on your way on or off the ferry. Even the gluten free versions are tasty and satisfying. Definitely beats anything you'll get at the ferry concession stand
Grab a booth overlooking the tarmac if you can, and make the most of your layover with a glass of wine and tasty nibble. The beet salad is remarkably good, especially with a slab of salmon on top.
Caprarola, Molto Carne and Cristofori pizzas all hit the spot, and could be ordered gluten free (minus meatballs on the Molto Carne)
Don't let the "savory" description limit you: the buckwheat crepe goes well with any of the fillings on offer
