Favorite café in Rome. It's cozy but expensive. Old fashioned with waiters wearing tuxedos. Artists & poets used to visit the place including H. C. Andersen. Must see for Danes. Perfect melon sorbet!

Although the place And the Coffee are great, the prices are quite overestimated. You mostly pay the history of the Shop. 10€ for a double espresso??? What am i, a shipowner?

With great pleasure came here again! My family and I enjoy this cafe. Magic Desserts! Coffee!The service is great! It is impossible not to love this cafe, everything that surrounds you is interesting!

Здесь чувствуешь себя так, как будто ты попал не в кафе, а в музей. Интерьер занимает внимание целиком: так хочется рассмотреть все эти картины, фотографии и бюсты... Также здесь очень вкусная выпечка

Кафе существует 250 лет. Интерьер будто пьёшь кофе в Эрмитаже. Кофе, кстати, очень вкусный. И ещё выпечка ручной работы, которую продают с собой. Самый лучший зал с роялем - в самом конце заведения.

Be sure to come here. This is a must see. There are tables on the street. Sandwiches - very tasty! Desserts are fantastically delicious !!! Both appearance and taste are a delight !!!

Bir anda sizi bambaska bir dunyaya goturuyor atmosferi ile. Roma sokaklarinda yorulduktan sonra kaliteli ve tarihi ortamda dinlenmek icin birebir. Tiramisu cok basarili.

Really authentic cafe with decent food and coffee, nice staff. However 50 euros for a two club sandwiches and espressos is just too much.

Yes it's a little bit more expensive but you cant expect another thing in such a historical café in the heart of Rome. Most importantly there is a friendly service which is hard to find in Italy

I think the comments here are fake. I was there last week and 1 cappuccino was 2,5 euros. I highly recommend this place ☕️

En meshur roma kafesi. O nedenle cok kalabalik. Mekan cok guzel ama oturup yeyince fiyatlar astronomik. Kahve 8-12 € tatlilar 12-20€ paket alip ayakta giriste kahvenizi alirsaniz cok daha uygun

Great cafe, staff are very kind, location is at the center of rome, tiramisu (12euros) is absolutely fantastic. Just a little bit expensive but it is definetely worth it!!

Oldest caffè in Rome. Worth visiting for the atmosphere and the great selection of pastries. Also non alcoholic cocktails are part of the menu,just in case you happen to be expecting

the place is gorgeous!!Cappuccino is served with a glass of water and a small chocolate bite.I felt like i was in a gallery where sitting and having coffee is allowed!once in a lifetime experience.

Quite good cafe, according to all rewievs and considering prices (one of the most expensive coffee in my life) I was expecting a bit more. But despite that - must visit.

We had a tiramisu and a brioche. They were very delicious. Best brioche! But the brewed coffees were not strong and hot enough. Btw, it's an expensive coffee shop. An equivalent of a meal...

Pistaccio cake is amazing!!! Thick hot chocolate, perfect for any chocoholic. The interior is sooo pretty. One of the oldest cafe in Europe that many artist used to visit..

Atmosphere is wonderful, we had a painter sitting next to us but drinks werent good. Traditional lemonade was made from syrup and extremely sweet and espresso was without foam not really tasty.

It's a little bit expensive but they have a marvelous selection of cakes (try the Mimosa con Fragola di Bosco!) in a historic setting.

A must in Rome, expensive a coffee will cost u 7 Euros. Waiters are ridiculously well dressed. Worth walking to the last room, enjoy!! Very busy at Xmas.

Nice lemon cake, great espresso, authentic place but beware, place is extremely expensive. If you order nice cakes on front counter you only see prices when you sit on the table.

The cappuccino is not something special but the atmosphere in this cafe is fantastic.You feel like making a travel in time.Polite and good service. It is very expensive but you should visit it once.

Café clássico da cidade. Se você bebe no balcão, custa 1,60. Se senta, custa 6 euros. Pra economizar, beba no balcão e depois, se quiser conhecer o ambiente, diga que vai ao banheiro.

You have to be aggressive to get an attention to order. You can take any seats and no need to wait to be seated. Dessert 10 euro+, Coffee also pretty much the same. Not a great service.

It's a gorgeous and historic place but my 9€ coffee with Amaretto was cold but delicious. But 9€?!!! This place is not cheap, but "when in Rome."
