The staff is friendly and helpful. We use them for all our pet needs. Dog, birds, and our 20 year old tarantula.
The "you click, we pick" app is very convenient but there are some items it doesn't find even when scanned. Particularly produce.

The hours on the site are not correct. Closed before 3 pm on Sunday. The vacuum station is a great self-service value. Only half the hoses at our stations were working.
Vonda was fabulous. Mum loved her facial with Vonda. The entire staff was pleasant and made us feel welcomed and pampered.
