Locals: Sign up for Friends With Benefits. Points given for buying tix, scanning card at door, food, drinks. 1000 points gets you a free ticket to The Anthem. Fewer points has great prizes as well.

Best spot ever. Reasonable beer prices, and right next to the Civil War Memorial metro. There's a little Ethiopian Restaurant across the street with great food and beer specials. Highly recommend.
The best club in town for live music, bar none. Coffee bar upstairs if you need a pick-me-up, along with seating. Love this place.

Independent local venue brings in top acts. Decent views all around, but best views go fast. Don't worry about food if you're in a rush: they have great food at good prices. This is why I moved to DC.- Arrive early to get the best spots (front and center, obviously!)

I love going to concerts here! Good beer selections. All the good artists. Convenient location.
Get here early to get one of the very limited cupcakes they have each night! You will NEVER regret it!

If you want quick drinks, head to the downstairs bar. It's way quieter, and the service is great!
My favorite music venue in DC. I usually arrive an hour after the doors open. That's often just about the time the opening act hits the stage.

Problem solved.- Try to get a spot leaning on/standing in front of the balcony facing the stage. Perfect view and sound.
