Great fish tacos (and you can choose between 2 tacos or 3 which is a great option). Also awesome burgers. The ambience is nice, pretty loud music and on most nights there is live music too.

Probably some of the best food I've had in Montauk! No frills, casual atmosphere. Amazing Spicy Tuna Tartare and grilled shrimp Caesar salad. Also try their jalapeño margarita 💗✌🏼️

Nice spot w/ a lot of character. We got the Caesar w shrimp-solid choice. The mussels were great but I was not a fan of the Thai inspired broth. It wasn't as flavorful as I thought. Go w/ garlic.

Wonderful little spot with outdoor seating and amazing lunch options in Montauk. Very dog friendly, casual vibes, and great mussels.

Excellent food. Must have the tuna tartare taquito!! Fish tacos were good and lobster roll on croissant was Delish. Fun sitting at the bar. bartender Kyle was entertaining & helpful

Get the White wine mussels, tuna tartare, and anything with the Hawaiian BBQ sauce is a must! Great place to chill listening to reggae and having bubbles blown in the air.

I was in Montauk for a week and ended up at the Gig Shack 3 times. Its a great late night spot to chill/eat/drink, where you'll usually find local musicians playing their stuff or just jamming.

Really enjoyed my meal as did the others with me. They have an open to outside atmosphere and the last couple times I was there they had a singer/guitar. Nice.

This is the spot! It has the best food in Montauk IMO, and i have been visiting here since i was 5... Bison burger, amazing, cuban salad w shrimp, shrimp tacos, live music, wine... BOOM.. Enjoy

Garlic Mussels and Tacos are legit. Sit outside. Skip their deserts and walk to Johns Drive-in for ice cream instead.

Fish tacos were too salty for my taste but the mango salsa on top was brilliant. $34 lobster roll on a croissant was good!

Lunch was good, good chill atmosphere, The place gets crazy at night. Musicians play and accept requests.

Food here is amazing. The fish tacos are a healthy portion and the lobster roll will make your want to hug the chef.

They have beer towers. But they also have mixed drinks towers (margarita, long island iced tea, etc). Tell them ETM sent you.

Snobbish service, overcooked lobster (rolls), over salted blackened fish. The crab cake was good however. If this is Montauks best, I'll never be back.

If you like loud obnoxious patrons, crunchy overcooked lobster (rolls), over salted blknd fish & snobbish service, this is the place for you! All told $106 f/2. I'll never be back to Montauk.
